The Holiday Curse

I have a hard time resting on Thanksgiving. All I can think about is the fact that I have not completed my daily Greek/German reading. It makes me wonder if scholars are infected with some kind of holiday curse--the inability to shut off. I suppose the presence of my sister and brother in law from Anacortes, WA is much worth the suspension of studies. At least until tomorrow!
